Delta Electronics Co., Ltd. (Head Office: Minato-ku, Tokyo, Representative: Shinko Tsuga) will sponsor the commemorative exhibition “Ukiyo-e Theater from Paris” held by the Kadokawa Cultural Promotion Foundation (Location: Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo, Chairman: Fumihiko Kadokawa) from October 30, 2021 (Saturday) to April 10, 2021 (Sunday).

“In this exhibition, 12 different video scenes are projected in a large space of more than 1,100 m2, a corner introducing the large amount of ukiyo-e used in this exhibition, and the works of japanese modern ukiyo-e artists who continue to make ukiyo-e with a new sensibility can be enjoyed now of ukiyo-e, which continues to evolve” (From the Kadokawa Cultural Promotion Foundation press release).

The E-Vision Laser 10000 projector from Digital Projection Ltd. (Manchester, UK), a Delta Group company, has been fully used to realize the 360-degree immersive huge video space of this exhibition. High-resolution images, high-intensity projection, and lenses with a variety of focal lengths support this new experiential content.

Opening hours: (Sun to Thursday) 10:00-18:00 (Fri and Sat) 10:00-21:00 Admission 30 minutes before closing
Closed: 1st, 3rd and 5th Tuesdays Open or closed the following day if the museum is closed on a national holiday.
Business hours on public holidays are based on the applicable day of the week.

● Introduction of the projector“E-Vision Laser 10000”

By adopting a laser light source, it stably projects 10,500 lumens of rich light and high-definition images. It can be used for more than 20,000 hours, significantly longer than the life of conventional lamp light sources. It minimizes maintenance costs and realizes long-term operation. Images with differences in light and dark can be expressed in detail, so they are particularly popular in the fields of art events and entertainment.
